When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Guérip reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Guérip confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING. Due to our strict no-returns policy, Guérip is unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. Ensure all product selections, quantities, colors, sizes, and specifications are correct before completing your purchase.

In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES POLICY

Guérip maintains a strict NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, and NO EXCHANGES policy on ALL products.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified.
No returns will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Product does not match expectations
- Color, size, or appearance differs from website images
- Product does not fit the intended space
- Incorrect measurements by the customer
- Customer ordered wrong item, quantity, color, or size
- Customer no longer wants or needs the product
- Product received as a gift and recipient wishes to return
No refunds will be issued except in cases of:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors (refund of duplicate charge only)
- Order cancellation by Guérip prior to shipment (at Guérip's sole discretion)
No exchanges will be processed. If you wish to obtain a different product, you must place a new order.
Store credit is not available as an alternative to returns or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect:

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at y.w.email10@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damage or defect
- Clear photographs of the original packaging
- A detailed description of the issue
Guérip will review each claim on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, may offer:
- A replacement product (subject to availability)

Guérip reserves the right to deny any claim if:
- The claim is not submitted within the 48-hour timeframe
- Adequate photographic evidence is not provided
- The damage appears to be caused by the customer, improper handling, or improper installation
- The issue is due to normal wear and tear
- The variation is a natural characteristic of the material (as described in Section 2)

Custom, Made-to-Order, and Personalized Products

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, or specially ordered products are subject to the same no-returns policy, with additional terms:

Full payment or non-refundable deposit is required before production begins
Extended production and delivery timeframes apply
No cancellations are permitted once production has commenced
Variations inherent to handcrafted or artisan items are not considered defects

Acknowledgment

BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THIS NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES POLICY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO DISPUTE THIS POLICY OR REQUEST A CHARGEBACK BASED ON DISSATISFACTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, Guérip reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify affected customers promptly. We will issue a full refund for any payments already processed in such cases. This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be issued.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or events outside our control.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Delivery Inspection: Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any visible damage within 48 hours as specified in Section 4. Failure to report damage within the specified period will void any claim for damaged goods.

Delivery Access: Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be delivered to and through their premises. Additional charges may apply for difficult deliveries, and Guérip is not responsible if products cannot be delivered due to access limitations.

SECTION 7 - INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

Many Guérip products require assembly or professional installation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, professional installation services are not included in the product price.

Important Safety Notices

Wall-mounted items (shelving, mirrors, artwork, lighting fixtures) must be properly secured using appropriate hardware for your specific wall type (drywall, concrete, brick, plaster, etc.). Improper installation may result in product damage, property damage, or personal injury.
Electrical products (lighting fixtures, powered accessories) should be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
Heavy furniture items should be properly anchored to walls where applicable, especially in households with children, to prevent tipping hazards.
Glass and fragile items should be handled with care and kept away from high-traffic areas where breakage could cause injury.

Guérip is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, assembly, use, or placement of products. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered under any warranty or damage claim.

Guérip shall not be liable for product damage, deterioration, or reduced lifespan resulting from:

Use of inappropriate cleaning products or methods
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
Modifications or alterations made to the product

In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed:

A full refund will be issued for the unavailable item (this is one of the only circumstances where refunds are issued)
Guérip may offer an alternative product at its discretion, which the customer may accept or decline

SECTION 10 - DESIGN INSPIRATION AND SUGGESTIONS

Design ideas, styling suggestions, room layouts, and decorating tips provided on this website or through our social media channels are for inspirational purposes only.

Guérip does not provide professional interior design services through this website. Any design suggestions should not be considered professional advice, and customers are encouraged to consult with qualified interior designers or architects for comprehensive design projects.

Results depicted in styled photographs may not be achievable in all spaces due to differences in room dimensions, lighting conditions, existing décor, and other factors.
